In exchange for this service, vpnsecure.me charges its members a monthly fee. Members must be at least 18 years old (or have the explicit permission of a parent/guardian) and competent to enter into a contract to use the Service. Members must also provide current, complete, and accurate personal information when registering with the service and maintain it accordingly.

MEMBER ACCOUNT, PASSWORD AND SECURITY
To open an account, you must complete the registration process and successfully complete the payment authorization from our offered payment companies. MEMBER CONDUCT
As a condition of your use of the Service, you warrant that you will not utilize the Service for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms, conditions, and notices. Fair Use Policy
Whilst we offer unlimited transfer on all of our servers (Unlimited based on the descretion of our staff, if you are abusing bandwidth we will disable your account) there are some countries where data is very expensive, so in order to maintain these servers at our low monthly prices our fair use policy applies. For Australia there is a limit of 50GB of transfer (in+out traffic). If you exceed this limit you account will be suspended on that server only, if you want to raise the limit please contact support. For other countries you may be disabled if you continuously download/upload at high speed for extended periods of time. This limit varies by location, and will only be enforced if your continued excessive bandwidth usage is affecting other clients.

Indemnification

TERMINATION
vpnsecure.me may terminate your access to any part or all of the Service and any related service(s) at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, to be effective immediately, for any reason whatsoever. vpnsecure.me may also terminate your account for inactivity, which is defined as failing to log in to the Service for an extended period of time, as determined by vpnsecure.me. Upon termination of the Service, your right to use the Service immediately ceases. If you wish to terminate your account, your only recourse is to discontinue the use of the Service. vpnsecure.me shall have no obligation to maintain any content in your account or to forward any unread or unsent workflow notification to you or any third party. This Agreement will continue to apply to all past use of the service by you, even if you are no longer using it.

NO SPAM DAMAGES
vpnsecure.me will immediately terminate any account which it believes, through its own discretion, is transmitting or is otherwise connected with any spam or other unsolicited bulk e-mail. In addition, in cases where actual damages cannot be reasonably calculated and they are often difficult to quantify, you agree to pay vpnsecure.me liquidated damages of $5 for each piece of spam or unsolicited bulk e-mail transmitted from or otherwise connected with your account; otherwise you agree to pay vpnsecure.me' actual damages, to the extent such actual damages can be reasonably calculated.

PROPRIETARY RIGHTS TO CONTENT
You acknowledge that Content including, but not limited to, text, software, music, sound, photographs, video, graphics, or other material contained in either sponsor advertisements or electronically distributed, commercially produced information presented to you by the Service, by vpnsecure.me, or vpnsecure.me' Advertisers or other content providers, is protected by copyrights, trademarks, service marks, patents or other proprietary rights and laws. The Service is currently accessible to Members for a monthly fee; however, vpnsecure.me reserves the right to modify the pricing structure in the future. vpnsecure.me will notify you of any fees associated with any portion of the Service, and will require you to subscribe to any such portion of the Service prior to charging you any fees.

REFUND POLICY
If you are unable to use vpnsecure.me service for what ever reason, we will happly refund your money if you meet the following requirements.
* You have contacted support and gone through troubleshooting.
* You have not used any more then 50MB of data on your account.
* Immediate account disable if fraud is found and refund given.
